Independent service
Dice District is an independent order-management service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Monopoly GO, Scopely, or their trademark owners.
Orders and delivery estimates
Submitting an order is a request, not an automatic guarantee of fulfillment. Sticker orders are normally completed within 10 minutes to 1 hour after payment verification and availability confirmation. Event-service timing varies with capacity, eligibility, and event conditions. Estimates are not guarantees.
PayPal payments
Customers pay the confirmed USD total through Dice District’s published PayPal link, then submit the PayPal transaction ID for manual verification. Payment approval does not automatically deliver an order.
Cancellations
A full cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins. An order cannot normally be cancelled after a sticker is correctly sent, an event slot is reserved, or service work has started.
Refund eligibility
A full or partial refund may be approved if Dice District cannot fulfill an order, an item becomes unavailable before work begins, a duplicate payment is made, the wrong item is delivered, or only part of a service can be completed for reasons caused by Dice District.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not normally provided for correctly completed work, customer-supplied errors, account ineligibility, a change of mind after work begins, missed event deadlines caused by customer delay, or game restrictions outside Dice District’s control. Exceptional cases are reviewed fairly under applicable law.
Problems and refund processing
Contact dicedistrict.mogo@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with the order number and transaction ID. Approved refunds are normally initiated through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit rights provided by law, PayPal, or a card issuer.
Customer responsibilities and fair use
Provide accurate contact, friend-link, account, and event information. Never send a game or payment password. Do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with orders, or attempt unauthorized access.
